1.
Royal Car Carrier LLC and its authorized drivers are authorized to operate and transport the motor vehicle between its pick-up location and the destination set forth on the auto transport order contract or bill of lading.
2.
Trucking damage claims are subject to Royal Car Carrier LLC's applicable cargo insurance coverage and public liability and property damage insurance.
All visible claims for transportation-related loss or damage must be noted and signed for at the time of delivery and submitted in writing with supporting documentation.
Royal Car Carrier LLC shall be responsible for transportation services performed by Royal Car Carrier LLC and its authorized drivers subject to applicable law, insurance coverage, exclusions, and these Terms & Conditions.

Luggage and personal property must be confined to the vehicle, with no heavy articles, and must not interfere with safe transportation.
Royal Car Carrier LLC is not liable for loss of personal property or damage caused to the vehicle from excessive or improper loading of personal items, except as otherwise required by law.
4.
The transportation price shall be the amount agreed upon in the applicable transportation order, invoice, dispatch agreement, or bill of lading.
Pickup and delivery is from your door unless residential area restrictions, safety concerns, legal restrictions, road conditions, or equipment limitations require pickup or delivery at a nearby accessible location.
If your vehicle is inoperable or oversized, including but not limited to dual wheels, large pickup trucks, vans, racks, modifications, or unusually sized vehicles, additional charges may apply.
If Royal Car Carrier LLC is not advised of an inoperable or oversized vehicle before pickup, additional charges required to safely transport the vehicle may be added.
5.
Vehicles must be tendered to Royal Car Carrier LLC in safe condition for transportation and with no more than a reasonable amount of fuel.
Royal Car Carrier LLC shall not be liable for damage caused by leaking fluids, freezing, mechanical failure, exhaust systems, antennas not tied down, loose parts, aftermarket equipment, or pre-existing vehicle conditions unrelated to transportation.
Any visible claim for loss or damage must be noted and signed on the vehicle condition report or bill of lading at the time of delivery.

If Royal Car Carrier LLC is dispatched and the vehicle is not ready, available, accessible, or as represented by the customer, a rescheduling, waiting, dry-run, or other applicable fee may be charged.
Royal Car Carrier LLC should be notified as soon as possible if the customer or authorized representative will not be available for pickup or delivery.
If the customer is unavailable, the customer may designate an authorized representative to act on the customer's behalf.
If the vehicle becomes unavailable during a scheduled pickup window after transportation has been arranged, Royal Car Carrier LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule transportation subject to any applicable agreement.
7.
Royal Car Carrier LLC agrees to transport the vehicle as promptly as reasonably possible in accordance with the transportation arrangement but cannot guarantee pickup or delivery on a specified date or time unless expressly agreed in writing.
Pickup and delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, mechanical issues, road closures, government restrictions, customer availability, or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of Royal Car Carrier LLC.
Royal Car Carrier LLC does not agree to pay for rental vehicles or other consequential expenses resulting from delays unless expressly required by applicable law or agreed in writing.
8.
No electronic equipment, valuables, plants, live pets, alcohol, illegal drugs, firearms, explosives, hazardous materials, or other prohibited items may be left in the vehicle during transportation.
9.
Additional charges may apply to non-running or inoperable vehicles when additional equipment or labor is required.
The customer must disclose the operational condition of the vehicle before pickup.
If the vehicle becomes non-operational before loading or during the transportation process, additional costs reasonably required to load, unload, or transport the vehicle may apply.
10.
Shipper warrants that they shall pay the transportation price and all other agreed charges due to Royal Car Carrier LLC for services performed.
This agreement and any shipment hereunder are subject to these Terms & Conditions, the applicable bill of lading, transportation order, and applicable federal and state transportation laws and regulations.
Claims must be submitted in accordance with applicable law, insurance requirements, and transportation documentation.
This supersedes all prior written or oral representations relating to the specific transportation service and constitutes the agreement between Shipper and Royal Car Carrier LLC together with any applicable transportation order or bill of lading.
